On the call, I was explicitly told I could add the Government Agreement 5 insurance at the counter—standard process, no issues. Fast forward to the **Quad Cities International Airport location after a full day of travel, and suddenly that guidance means nothing. The guy behind the counter flat-out refused to honor what their own corporate office confirmed. Here’s the problem: government travelers cannot just buy supplemental insurance at the counter. That’s not how the program works. So when your own customer service gives clear direction and your local desk ignores it, you’re not just being inconvenient—you’re putting travelers in a bind they can’t fix on the spot. This wasn’t a misunderstanding. This was a refusal to follow your own process, with zero effort to solve the issue. If you’re traveling on official orders, don’t assume consistency between corporate and this location. Apparently, they make up the rules as they go. Do better, Enterprise.
