  If I could choose zero stars I would! Terrible! They tried to give me a jeep wagoneer that was dirty, the dashboard looked like someone literally dug a knife into it multiple times, the navigation screen looks like it was distorted by a fire or something( see pictures) the employee actually “walked through” the car with me & was going to allow me to take it. I raised my concern with the manager, he didn’t apologize or even look at the vehicle. He said-“you can either take that or a minivan” & walked away. My wife then said to me, that maybe we should have done what we do with dinner reservations, use an alias instead of our last name which is Muhammad. I don’t know if it was that, if it’s because we’re black or if they just conduct terrible business. At this point we try to choose another vehicle instead of going to another location because we have a schedule to keep. The salesman apologized & told me to choose any vehicle with the front wheels turned, he said that’s how they know the vehicle is “good to go” I chose another wagoneer with the wheels turned, the salesman said it was available & went to retrieve the key. He came back & said the manager said it has hail damage. I looked at the top of the vehicle, it looked brand new. I said ok this van looks brand new & the wheels are turned. He went to retrieve the key, came back & said the manager said hail damage as well. This van looked brand new, including the top or roof, which I took several pictures of. They tried to give us a dirty older looking van, I refused & for the sake of time settled on a smaller Chevy traverse. Another manager called me after I returned the vehicle to inquire about my experience, after explaining everything the only thing they offered me was an apology. I informed her that I will be escalating to corporate. I’m hoping for a better outcome from corporate, God willing I will update this review with corporates’ response.
