  Thank you to the kindest gentlemen that fixed my tire from a flat this evening. After inspecting my passenger rear tire on my white jeep Cherokee, the gentleman showed me the longest piece of metal I had ever seen that he pulled out. I told him they were building homes in my area and it could have come from that. They were backed up for hours and I thought I would have to leave my truck because they were nearly closing.. 20 minutes later one of the technicians pulled my truck around and said it was completed. This place not only blessed me before I left but they were so kind to me. My first time visiting this location....I just want to say thank you for being so kind to me and helping me. I deeply appreciate you all. God bless you all.....thank you 🙏

  I went back to Belle Tire in Mokena to purchase a new set of tires and have my brakes checked. I made an appointment a week in advance and was told the service would take approximately 2 hours. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting 3 hours. When I finally got my vehicle back, I was extremely disappointed to see that all four of my brand-new tires were covered in a sticky lubricant/residue. They looked terrible, and I had to manually peel and clean the substance off the tires myself. I was also disappointed to learn that Belle Tire would not price match Sam’s Club or Costco, which I found misleading based on my understanding of their price-matching policy. Between the longer-than-promised wait time, the condition my brand-new tires were left in, and the frustration over the price matching, this was not the experience I expected. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Belle Tire in Mokena based on this experience.

  Had a tire recently changed here. Called the store before coming in and they said they would price match. I do not live close which is why I called ahead. Went to store and they refused to honor Walmart's price for the tire that was replaced (a almost $40 difference). I can understand why they can't with labor, but come on, especially after being told this was something they do over the phone. Also had tires filled up here before and they have left the valve stem caps loose. Shame on you for taking advantage of a college student! Super overpriced and will waste your time! Never coming here again!

  Jermey helped me out. Looked for the best deal for me and I was very pleased with the overall experience. Not my first set of tires and I will continue to return to the Mokena branch for further help with my tire needs. Thanks Jeremy
