  Had a screw in the tire made an appointment and they fixed it with no problem free of charge. Definitely would recommend.

  Nick was very helpful in getting the nail in my tire removed and patched. All in less than 30 minutes. Definitely recommend!

  I came here for a tire repair through my workplace with enterprise fleet. The workers clearly did not want to do the tire, the guy at the front desk had an attitude and was completely rude to me and was talking to me like I was dumb probably because I’m a woman and didn’t think I knew anything about tires. But was so nice to the guy that came in behind me. He had me wait over an hour for the tire repair, but nobody was doing any work, they were all just standing around socializing cussing up a storm, and were literally smoking vapes in the shop. I asked him for an update on my tire, he said he was still waiting to hear back from enterprise. He saw me calling enterprise off my phone who said it was authorized over twenty minutes ago, next thing I know my tire is on my car in literally less than two minutes.

  I can't say enough about the customer service at Belle Tire in Mokena. I've worked with Nick for several months trying to get a back order item from Ford. It's been 5 1/2 months since we ordered it, there's no update and most likely, the part may never come in. Fortunately, we worked it out and my issue will be resolved. Nick was more than helpful by keeping me updated as often as possible and I want to thank him for his diligence. I will be a loyal customer going forward.

  Wish I could give zero stars. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! Bought top tier tires from them 2.5 years ago. They must not have sealed them properly because they seemed to leak more than they should, needing to put air in them often. Brought them in to be checked. Had appointment at, but still waited for 3 hours. Was told they were fine, nothing wrong with them. As I was leaving noticed a thumping sound coming from tires as I was driving home, however didn't turn around as they were now closed for the night. Checked all tires to see if we could determine why one of tires was making a noise. Found nothing. Called and scheduled another appointment for the next day. Showed up for the appointment, was told I was there on the wrong day. This was totally incorrect as I'm never available on the say they said my appt was scheduled. Tried to argue with me even thought they were wrong. Scheduled Another appointment for the following week. Show up, asked if I was dropping off the car. I said no, I was never told that was necessary. Then was told it would be a while! Note, I was the only customer there. Had no choice but to wait. 2 hrs later, ask them why no one has looked at my car yet. Nick said he would now, but he had such an attitude with me. He was arguing about me buying my tires, claiming I didn't from them, THEN he found the sale history in the system, which proved I did. I then proceeded to walk out with him to go on the test drive so he could hear the noisy tire. He refused, saying he's not comfortable and won't test drive it with me in car. Reluctantly agreed. He was gone 10 minutes, which made me worried and suspicious. Came back and there's a bolt in tire and it's unrepairable. Nick said I'll need 4 new tires! FOUR?!?! What?!?! They are not even 3 years old, I drive less than 5 thousand miles per year, the tires are in great shape. Must be slow sales lately that they try to take advantage of people, especially women. THIS PLACE IS SHADY AND I 100% BELIEVE THEY DAMAGED MY TIRE TO TRY TO GET A SALE. AVOID!!!!!!
