    Friendly, fast even if you have to order your tires - got them on by the next day! Clear & good at explaining & reasonably recommending any additional services you may want w/o pushy upsell. Solid & reasonable prices for alignment & tire warranties if you do warranties! Great seating are w/tv incl espn, tall window cafe seating w/tons of outlets, recommended by family mechanic, good car wash & food right there if you want, coffee, vending machines, bathrooms, water fountain. Clean, big. Can watch some cars being worked on from a window inside.

    Throughout our whole experience, we worked with the manager, Alex. We came in for a snapped stud originally.Then we got a call that there was a problem with another lug. Then we got another call saying it was the hub bearing itself, which they ordered but apparently received the wrong part TWICE. The next day we picked up the car (which was test driven prior) and were told that it’s fine to drive out on the road. It immediately had to be taken back because it didn’t make it 5 minutes down the road before there was a scraping noise (in addition to the wheel being on a 45 degree angle while going straight). After taking it back, they did ANOTHER test drive and tried to gas light my fiancé and I saying that there was no noise and everything was fine, but suddenly he could hear the noise when we did another test drive with him. He also explained that a new hub bearing would require an alignment, but neglected to mention it at all before service. They took another look at the vehicle and said it needed new outer and inner tie rods. They admitted that it was noticed prior during the hub bearing replacement, but they said nothing about that before. They said the car was fine to drive on the road, even though bent tie rods are a massive hazard, and would have put my fiancé and other people’s lives at risk, simply because it “wasn’t the concern at intake.” After refusing further service and taking the car back, we then noticed that there was considerable damage to the rim, which ALSO wasn’t communicated to us. The whole experience was terrible. Additional problems definitely crop up, but what should’ve been a few hours of repairs turned into two whole days of frustration. 200 dollars turned into over 500 and then they wanted another 500 if we wanted to get the tie rod and alignment done.

    Brought my truck there to get new tires put on it and a front end alignment and when they brought my truck out, it was an hour later than what they originally told me and the bed cap on my pick up truck. The plastic flange for it was broken and they said it was already like that, and it was not already like that and it wasn’t just one side. It was both sides were broke, and the guy did not seem to care the gentleman that helped me his name was Justin. No customer service at all
