    It’s used to be great , but the last time , i changed the oil and i put a filter cabin, i ask how much , the worker said 60$ but for the filter, i give you a discount, and will be 45$ , i agree, and then i surprised when i saw the receipt, was 60$ for the filter

    Received oil changing service 6/19/26 for my employer issued vehicle. No issues with the mechanical side of things, they always been quick and efficient. Issue with the invoice. Please, be careful with your invoicing system. I’m not sure how this happened , your staff checked the VIN, asked me company name/phone number & seemingly found our fleet account in your computer system and verbally verified. Realized hours after the service, the invoice had our company information merged with another customer account of yours, as it reflected a vehicle we didn’t even have. Yet my employer name /customer id number along with my name as an authorized driver were on it. I admit I dropped the ball as well since I missed seeing the error on the printed receipt you handed me after service. Maybe perhaps next time I will rotate your computer screen to check all invoicing before finalization. Still, It should’ve been correct in the first place. I have to prove to my employer I’m not charging unauthorized vehicles on their account. You are business people, i’m sure you’re aware how this discrepancy can be perceived as fraud from an office book keeping perspective. We were informed we have to wait 3 days for the next steps to correct this and validate this transaction with footage evidence of the vehicle with the time stamps over something so basic incorrect. This is robbing me & my employer of time and effort having to follow up and backtrack to correct this, and see how this went wrong to begin with. Aside from that, missing a small detail error that has never been wrong ever before, really caused a great deal of incompetence on my watch which I have no excuse or leg to stand on since it is my responsibility to also verify. Going forward Lesson learned for us all , check billing information in real-time no matter what. Thank you for hearing this out.

    Absolutely amazing service. These techs were very professional and extremely transparent. I have literally never received such great service. Can’t recommend this shop enough!

    Was going great until after I paid with a remaining tax to be paid. Payed no issue for service and the. was strongly approached in a rude attempt of intimidation from the manager saying I hit his employees fingers while using tap pay . I was shocked and taken back and asked if joking and again he doubled down… saying no need to hit his employee… sad, definitely will not be back nor ever send any loved ones, glad It happened to me and not a female family member.
