  Never done a yelp but McHenry enterprise rental is great loved the suv,and loved the service there absolutely great service and the staff is absolutely great thank you .

  I picked up a rental car on Friday morning. When I arrived and Andrew pulled out the vehicle, I immediately noticed a pretty good scrape on the front passenger side of the vehicle. I asked him to note it and at first he said it wasn’t a big deal, I said no I want it noted. Good thing I did, the wheel well liner started banging against the side of the vehicle today(Sunday) and it’s undrivable . I don’t know if it will cause more damage or fall off and hit another vehicle. I called Enterprise road side assistance and they said I could either drive it 39 miles to an open Enterprise location or Uber there. I told them neither was an option, a vehicle should be brought to my location. Why should I waste my time on a day off for Enterprise. I had pointed this out and next time I will demand a different vehicle because there is no other way to get another one until McHenry opens tomorrow. They need to do a better job servicing their vehicles before renting them out. Now I’m paying for a vehicle that I can’t use. UPDATE: What a complete joke. I spoke with Andy today and he asked me to drive it in, with a part that could go flying off. At my liability, yeah not happening! It could hit another vehicle if it lets loose or damage the vehicle I'm driving. Thank you for asking me to take on the liability of something you rented that should not have been sent out on the road. TERRIBLE customer service! He then said it would take a few hours before they could swap out the vehicle. This was 8 am, by 1:30pm no response from Andy. So I called corporate and they are towing the vehicle away the vehicle from our driveway. I asked Andy to cancel the contract as they rented a vehicle that was not road worthy. I would NOT rent a vehicle again from this location! I have rented many times in the past and now my rentals will no longer be here. It's in my past! Jean, you need to do better at managing this location. Your employees asking me to drive a vehicle that isn't safe is a terrible solution. I wish you well in your endeavors.
