- JCJames CarlsonSep 22, 20265.0I have been a customer of enterprise for 26 years and they have always been exceptional. I use mainly McHenry, IL branch and Andy and his group there are phenomenal!
- DCDavid ClarkSep 10, 20265.0Enterprise Rentacar has been my go-to whenever I need a rental. Their McHenry location is exceptional!
- RFRYAN FarcasSep 5, 20261.0First car was horrible awd did not function properly, manager said it would get 30 mpg, it got 19 mpg. The transmission was shifting hard, and you would press the accelerator pedal and it would take 5+ seconds to respond, it also had a huge dent in the rear bumper so it looked like junk driving down the road. Not to mention the speakers were blown. And the AC didnt work. They swapped me out into a different vehicle and it was just about as bad it was as base model as they came, Bluetooth didnt even work, the truck smelled horribly of vomit. You know its bad when the manager pulls up the truck and all the windows are rolled down, the tail gate kept opening on its own had to put a strap on it so it stays closed, all the seats and carpet were stained. Do you guys even take care of your cars, come on this is horrible
- DSDonna SrokaAug 18, 20265.0I was in an accident last week on 120. While I was on the phone with State Farm, Enterprise had already messaged me about my rental. They were super easy to work with and had a car ready to go for me, and much nicer than I thought. Very nice and professional. I think I dealt with Gary. He also asked me if I was doing allright after the accident. Nice gesture!!!!
