  We recently rented a car from the Mattoon Enterprise location. Francis is the manager there and he is top notch! It was crazy busy when we arrived and Francis handled it all with a smile and patience. We will definitely rent from this location again. Thank you for the great service!

  If I could give negative stars I would. Between this place and Progressive insurance this has been a nightmare. I was told to set up the repairs on my vehicle due to and accident that wasn't my fault. Progressive wanted until the last minute to set up a rental and when enterprise called me they said the vehicle would be ready 2 days after my repairs were scheduled. Finally got a time to pick up the rental and I get here they inform me it will be another 45 minutes. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I have a job and I am missing work that I shouldn't have had to worry about. At least now I know that if I ever had to rent a vehicle for any reason I won't be getting one from here! The car had not been cleaned and smelled horrible. Someone previously must have sit in it with the windows up smoking weed. I don't care if that's your thing but really, in a rental. The employee did something for about 5 or 6 minutes before I left to take out the smell which only lasted about an hour after leaving.

  I was very thankful for them I rented a 15 passenger van for family vacation a few of them had to drop out and were unable to come so I showed up at their facility and rented a minivan. The morning of pickup I seen a new Jeep Wagoneer and I asked if they would be willing to let me switch vehicles again so we can have more space and they did even gave me a choice or black or white. The jeep was stunning and looks very luxurious. We had so much room for our long trip thank you for being very accommodating the sales staff was extremely nice we will most definitely use them again

  Went to enterprise in Mattoon today and Archimed was the only employee there on this Saturday. Apparently the 2 employees who were supposed to be there called in and so Archimed came in to cover. When I tell you this man went above and beyond to help people as quickly as possible believe it! This gentleman was working as quick as possible with a smile on his face and despite the heat never so much as took a 5 minute water break. This man is a gem and deserves a bonus for his excellent customer service!
