    The car performed very well. It was very clean. It drove well and the mpg was very good. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely use Enterprise again.

    im a "rent from the airport guy" vs a stand alone office but i took a shot and i received superior customer service and a great van from FRANCIS @ The mattoon branch on lakeland blvd. i would 100% recommend working with him for your car rental needs.totally stress free.

    I wanted to give a huge thank you to Francis in Mattoon. When we arrived, it was quite busy, and he was somehow running everything by himself while staying friendly and smiling the entire time. Even with everything going on, he made us feel like we weren't being rushed. He went above and beyond by surprising us with a complimentary upgrade to a minivan for our 13-day trip. We had really wanted a minivan but couldn't justify the extra cost, so that gesture meant so much to our family. Exceptional customer service like this is rare these days, and Francis absolutely deserves to be recognized. Thank you for making the start of our vacation so much better!
