The inspection itself was quick, but the pricing felt completely unreasonable and not transparent. If you’re an Uber or Lyft driver, be prepared for a much higher fee than what other shops charge. I won’t be coming back for future inspections.

His response was ok but when are you trying to come in. I said I need to call one more place and before I can finish he hung up on me. VERY RUDE AND NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE. I called backed twice thinking maybe we were disconnected but nope we weren’t I was hung up on. The crazy thing is I was actually considering coming to them but uber gave me 4 locations to call so that’s what I was doing. It’s said that business is more worried bout money and not great customer service. Never know who I maybe I could’ve been the CEO of the company but it’s ok! DO BETTER!!!
