I really wanted to have the great experience I had read about, but unfortunately, that was not my experience.
The customer service was subpar, and the overall service was extremely disappointing. It took four hours just to plug a tire and change a tire-pressure sensor. What made the experience even more frustrating was that no one on staff seemed to have the working knowledge to reset the sensor on my vehicle’s computer system.
I was ultimately asked to come back on Friday to have the sensor reset. After already waiting four hours, I should not have to make another trip because the staff was not equipped to complete the service.
When you work hard for your money and choose to spend it at a business, the service should be better. Customers deserve to feel that their time, money, and business are valued.
I expected much better customer service, efficiency, and professionalism based on the reviews I had read. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both the customer experience and staff training.

Only giving 4 stars because, sheesh, the prices. But that’s nobodies fault but the current administration and this economy. The customer service from Jacob and Antwon specifically was really good. Jacob was able to help me find a decent price for my tire change and Antwon answered all question I had at the end. Def a good spot to look into
