On this date Thur. July 8, 2026 was my first time going to Mavis Tires & Brakes. I needed some work done on my brakes. They put some back brake pads, rotor and back brake calipers on my SUV.
Everyone was so friendly, helpful, polite and understanding. They gave me all the information concerning the issues I had.
When l tell you they did an awesome job on repairing my brakes. I highly recommend this company to anyone who's having problems with their vehicle. Not only do they do brake and tire work they have a great mechanic on duty to fix your vehicle.
Once again thank you so much Mavis for fixing my brakes. You all are the absolute BEST!!

I had an appointment Saturday morning 9 AM on May 31 2026 After my consultation, I sat and watched employees stand around while playing on their phone for about 45 minutes in an empty garage before working on any vehicles to make matters worse The gentleman that took payment fail to mention that my driver side tire rod needed replacing. I was only told after I asked about the where in tear on the tires that were just replaced that he said “ Oh yeah, it says your driver side tire rod has play in it” The icing on the cake is I was heading from Illinois to Texas after this visit and when I got to warmer weather, I turned the air conditioner on only to find it wasn’t blowing. It’s not fun paying another mechanic to find out that your cabin air Filter was put back in upside down. There are arrows showing which way the air flows apparently the Mavis Technician checked the air cabin filter as part of their protocol, but failed to put it back in correctly. I should have stuck with discount tire unfortunately they were closed on Sunday. Hope to get some feedback From Mavis and maybe update this review if they can make it right.
