- DWDamien Williams4 days ago5.0Jaylon & Eli are great people to do business with. Out of all the Enterprises in the suburbs I know I can count on them.
- ENErika NicholesOct 8, 20261.0I am offended and extremely upset at the subpar service that I am currently experiencing with this location. After calling multiple times to arrange the return of my rental vehicle, I am being hung up on after being put on extended holds. Very frustrating to hear “we’re dedicated to giving every customer a great experience” advertised on the hold prompts. For my experience to start so pleasantly then end like this is so disappointing.
- EHErica HenryOct 5, 20265.0The entire team at the Matteson Enterprise location is absolutely fantastic! Their outstanding customer service is why I choose this location over others. They are consistently respectful, professional, and patient, and I truly appreciate how they remain calm and composed, even during challenging situations. Even when I experienced an issue with my rental car, they were helpful and made sure I still had a great experience. The way they handled my concerns made me feel valued as a customer and gave me another reason to keep coming back. Thank you, Matteson team, for your dedication and excellent service. Continue to stay classy! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a team that truly cares about its customers.
