I don’t recommend using this specific location if you are going to choose enterprise.

I never once got a email or invoice saying I have a ticket. When I rent from other locations they take the fee off the card that’s on file if I receive a ticket. This location has poor communication and is very horrible.

Yet the morning of my trip I get a call saying suddenly they cant accommodate me!! I flew in from California on a tight schedule and need a car ASAP. All other nearby Enterprise locations are booked, and NOBODY IS ANSWERING THEY PHONE THEY ARE DROPPING MY CALLS!!! I may have to contact corporate over this.
