I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, but after waiting for an hour, I noticed my car had not even been moved into the service bay. When I asked about the delay, an employee rudely told me that I "should have planned to stick around longer." This experience shows a complete lack of respect for my time and unacceptable customer service. I expect much better professionalism and efficiency. but no one should expect that from belle tire, save your money and time a go somewhere else
