  I bought tires here. But that will be the last time. Including friends and family. The person at the counter sent me out to look for "A small tire shop". That can help me out.

  Wow, my service today was lightening fast. I had an 9am appointment and I arrived 15 minutes early. Lucky for me I was able to get right onto a lift for service. The young lady at the desk was helpful, professional and courteous. My tire change was handled by two expert technicians that quickly completed the task. I know I will return here again for service. If you're still reading don't go anywhere else but Belle Tire in Matteson, IL. Check out the photos, I came in limping on a donut 🍩 and left out sprinting on new shoes 🛞

  I had a 5 star experience at this location. This is my 2nd time at this Belle Tire and both times have been excellent. Great customer service, and friendly staff. The young lady that helped me Jahia Miller was very knowledgeable, and friendly. I rarely give 5 stars on my reviews, unless I get all around great service. I got that service from this Belle Tire in Matteson, IL.

  The young lady that took care of me up front was extremely nice and helpful she took the time to explain to me everything that was needed. Now the cost was more than I wanted to spend and I haven’t drove my vehicle yet cuz they pulling it around but I’m pretty sure they will test it and if something is wrong they will make it right Update: and changing stars 🥹remember I told yall they had to drive it well when they did they tech came back and told me I needed calibers and gave me another est. of almost 1200 now i’m gonna be honest I was pissed. And I was just like I am going to get them done later. after driving the car for about a week. I started hearing the horrible screeching noise again, which is the reason I took my car in the first place. I took it to two more brake shops and they both said the same thing” Why in the hell would they not put that in the first estimate as bad as they were” And I agree if they put it in the first estimate or even started to do them and then told me when they were working on them that I needed them I might have had to work done and not question it but the problem is I was not gonna run a credit card twice for something that should’ve been told to me in the beginning. Now the young lady at desk was nice and the older guys was ok but I won’t be back for anything other than a tire repair but even then I might go across street.

  I LOVE THIS PLACE! They take such good care of all of my vehicles. Eric Montanez is the best manager that I have ever worked with. As long as he is at the Belle Tire of Matteson, there is no way that I feel comfortable going any where else for the car service needs of my family. I strongly recommend Belle Tire, they are reasonable priced, honest, and dependable. I literally bring all of my cars to Belle Tire in Matteson. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Jahia, I was extremely impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and determination to provide the best possible customer service. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Belle Tire of Matteson!
