  BE ADVISED: My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at MidAmerica Airport (9656 Air Terminal Dr, Mascoutah, IL 62258) was extremely disappointing. I made a reservation over the phone directly through Enterprise customer service and was specifically directed to this location. However, when I arrived, I was told there were no vehicles available and that their rentals were intended only for passengers flying into MidAmerica Airport. What makes this even more frustrating is that just days earlier, I had successfully rented from this same location without having flown into the airport. On that occasion, they handed me the keys without issue. Unfortunately, I had to decline that vehicle because it smelled strongly of marijuana and would not start. The inconsistency in policy and lack of communication between Enterprise customer service and this location created a very exhausting experience. Customers should not be directed to a rental location that cannot or will not honor their reservation. Lesson learned: Do not assume you can rent from an airport location unless you have an incoming flight, even if Enterprise customer service books the reservation for you. Enterprise needs to improve employee training and communication to prevent future customers from dealing with the same situation.

  I love the staff at the Enterprise staff at Midamerica airport. It takes them less than 5 friendly minutes to check me in and check me out. You're always tired and in a hurry for travel, so their friendliness and expediency are greatly appreciated!

  The cars at enterprise at the BLV airport are always in great condition. Staff is friendly and quick! Follow up after check in and after trip is appreciated!
