  I had a piece of tire shred do a number on my car. I chose Carstar because of reading some reviews and talking with a few friends that had great experiences with them. I picked up my car yesterday and could not have been happier! It absolutely looks like nothing happened! From the body work to the paint job it turned out fantastic! Thank you to Amber and the rest of the Carstar team for your customer service and hard work!

  Everything went perfect with my repair. I was continually updated and the job was finished ahead of schedule which saved me money with my car rental. Thank you Amber with CarStar very much !

  Professional from beginning to end. I highly recommend if you were going to get any kind of collision service done to your vehicle, you very much need to make CarStar of Maryville one of your first choices. The work that was done to my vehicle came out excellent. I’m going to mention a couple people by name because these people went above and beyond that I expected from any type of service. The gentleman named Greg, who actually did the work on the vehicle, went far above any expectations that I had for my vehicle. The work looks tremendous. The office manager, if that is correct, named Jen was so professional, so courteous, just a pleasure to work with. The manager of the location, Nicole went above and beyond by helping me secure a rental car at a cheaper rate when found out that my insurance didn’t have rental insurance on it. Actually went as far as to call down to Enterprise to make my reservation at a cheaper rate than what I have received as being a member online. If you are going to get any work done to your vehicle, please take the time to at least get an estimate and visit with this establishment. I almost guarantee that you will stay and get the work done here. Great work guys.

  Some of the nicest people I have ever met. From start to finish. You are informed from the time they take your car until they finish. Took half the time to get the job done and I am extremely satisfied with their service. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do I will most definitely be a returning customer. 10/10 stars for me

  Even though my collision was only a fender bender it was more damage than anyone thought was necessary and they got it all fixed. It looks completely brand new. I think they even detailed it inside and out before I got it back.
