  I walked in to pay for diesel and deaf. I seen a guest in front of me at the Customer Service desk Getting help with the employee named Abe I waited patiently until they were done and walked up to the counter and waited until he could help me. He never acknowledged me. He completely ignored me. Never asked me if I needed help or told me that he did not have a register and he could not cash me out that I would have to go to A different line after standing there for a while, I decided to ask him if he could help me. He said it Depends. I was confused why he would even say that it’s very simple. It’s either a yes or no or direct me to someone who can, however I ansk him again and he said the same answer. Clearly, I could see. I was getting nowhere with him once Dontay the manager Noticed what was going on he walked up and told me he could help me. I told him that is fine, but if the employee could not help me, all he had to do was let me know instead of ignoring me and walked past me multiple times seeing me standing there waiting to get assistance yet never saying anything or greeting me. Dontay The manager tried to say he could not tell me that he couldn’t help me because he was not on the clock however, he was at the Customer Service desk helping another guest so that did not make any sense. It seemed to me the manager was trying to have the employees back, but in this case, it would only make sense to reprimand the employee at a different time letting them know that it is polite to say hello or something instead of ignoring a customer, especially if you’re not able to help them and you’re standing behind the Customer Service desk And the customer doesn’t know that you’re not able to then it would be considerate instead of them, standing there, waiting for someone to help them and not knowing that he was not able to help. I later found out After speaking to the manager that he actually was on the clock, but he stayed longer because they were short staffed and was just ready to go home so after hearing that, I realize the manager not only lied about him, not being able to help me because he wasn’t on the clock, but that the employee was being inconsiderate because he was at the end of his shift and was ready to go home. I really hope that managers do their job to make sure that employees learn how to handle situations and great customers. If you are not patient, considerate, polite, and willing to greet a customer or acknowledge them. Maybe you should not be behind the Customer Service desk. Maybe you should think about that before applying for a job that consist of Customer Service. Pilot needs to do a better job making sure they hire the right employee truck drivers are in the store for a short period of time and not here to get treated like trash 🗑️

  The worst dirtiest pilot..... it smells like pee just walking in... the restrooms are worst!!!!

  This truck stop is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The showers are spotless and provide a great experience. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A big thank you to all the employees and managers for your hard work and dedication. Your professionalism and excellent customer service truly make a difference. Keep up the great work!

  Every time you go into Taco Bell, it's always DOWN. Nothing works can't never make anything you want. They're either out of it or their machines are broken
