  I drove a hour to get there they told me I needed to have mail with my address on it and a credit I nor debit card so I drove back home another hour back and they told me my check stub was not good enough it had to be a utility I dont have any bills in my name they also said they wouldn't except my cashapp card which is a debit card terrible customer service workers moods seemed poor

  I reserved through Expedia a month in advance of needing the rental car. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was told, they didn't have any vehicles available. The employee said they tried contacting me, but I received no texts, phone calls or emails. When I told him I had not received any messages, he then changed his story. He said since I booked through Expedia, he did not have information to contact me.

  Last week, we were traveling from Iowa to Florida to move one of our sons south. Unfortunately, we were hit by a semi in the early hours Thursday. After going to the towing company (our car was totaled), our insurance company was able to find us a rental here at Enterprise but not until 2:30pm. Not only was it 7:30am but we had nowhere to go and still had a 12 hour drive ahead of us. We ended up showing up early because, again, we had nowhere else to go. After explaining the situation, Jim jumped into action and was able to secure us a car very quickly. He showed compassion and it was so appreciated after a harrowing start to the day. Furthermore, given it was a one way rental, I was informed today that the “one way” fee wouldn’t apply. I can’t thank this outfit enough for minding to our inconvenience. It was a holiday weekend and I know they were strapped for vehicles. Thank you, Jim, and Enterprise for your care. You truly made a terrible situation easier for this mom.

  We found ourselves stranded in Marion on Saturday evening due vehicle trouble. The vehicle was towed to the service center which would not be opening until Monday. Lyft is not available in Marion and locals told us Uber is unreliable. We needed to get a rental car. Enterprise in Marion is the only agency open on Sunday. We made a vehicle reservation online Saturday night. The shop was extremely busy Sunday morning. I give credit and props to the manager and his staff. Lots of people waiting, more on hold on the phone as staff struggled to get everyone taken care of. Would definitely use this office again.
