  If you are looking for dependable service, fair pricing, and amazing customer service, then you are looking for Feldkamp's West. I took my paid off, high mileage, Jeep Patriot to them multiple times for issues that would come up. When calling to get the Jeep in, I never had to wait long for an appointment. The work was always completed in a timely manner, and done correctly. The communication was excellent; they would provide regular updates on the progress of the repairs. Their prices are more than fair. I always paid what I was quoted. I cannot say enough about the customer service! The final time that I had to take the Jeep in, it had some significant issues that were not going to be inexpensive to repair. At that point, the Jeep generally was not in a good condition. It would not have been a wise decision to put that much more money into it. They could have done the work and taken my money, but Cassie was honest with me; the Jeep was not worth putting that amount of money into. In April, I purchased a used car for my daughter and after 4 months and only drivinging it 1700 miles, it broken down. I was pretty sure that the engine had seized and I needed someone to confirm that. It was towed to Feldkamps the day before the appointment. They ended up taking alook at it a day early, promptly let me know that the engine had failed. Cassie also made me aware that there was a previous settlement/ voluntary recall on the make and model of my car. The engine should be replaced without cost to me. She let me know who I needed to call to start the process. They have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. Thank you Feldkamp's West for being someone that I can trust when issues arise!

  Amazing customer service. I needed my AC looked at, they quickly gave me the diagnosis and didnt charge me to look at it and eatamate the cost of the replacement. While I was there I watched them check someone's tires at no charge as well. Nice people. I will be sending everyone I know there way.

  Over the years, we have taken our family cars to Feldkamps West for service. The entire staff has always been friendly and very easy to work with, and the service has been exemplary. Also, we've needed towing service an unusually high amount of times, and have always received prompt, reliable service from that side of the business as well. All of that is what we hope but rarely see from any business in any industry. But Feldkamps West consistently exceeds my expectations. There have been numerous times that I've stopped as I was driving by to see if they could do a quick safety check on one of our vehicles -- things like checking a tire for a leak; running a scan to see if I had an imminent problem or if I could wait to schedule a regular appointment to address the issue; and, most recently, (to get me by until we could get in to a body shop) reattaching a splash shield that was hanging on the car after hitting an animal. On these occasions of my impromptu stops with no appointment, they not only helped me out, but most times didn't even charge me, saying it didn't take that long and they appreciated my business. Well, that goes both ways: I appreciate Feldkamps and am happy to share my positive experiences and highest rating.
