- LLLukeJul 13, 20261.0Lady who answered the phone was horrible. She was super rude. My wife called about a transmission fluid change and she very rudely yelled at her that they don’t do that here. My wife then asked if she would recommend somewhere else and the lady told her no. Luckily Cars R us was much better and way friendlier. Own a whole fleet of trucks and will never even bother to go to B*C transmission again.
