⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been taking our vehicles to Lynwood Firestone for approximately 27 years, going back to when the previous generation of the family was running the business. There’s a reason we’ve continued coming back all these years. Nico is fantastic—attentive, knowledgeable, accommodating, and, most importantly, extremely honest. Recently, he spent nearly four hours diagnosing a problem with my wife's Mitsubishi. A part had been ordered based on the symptoms, and after taking everything apart, Nico discovered that the original part was actually fine. He put everything back together and did not charge us for the time he spent diagnosing it. That says everything about the integrity of this business. It would have been very easy for a less reputable shop to replace the part anyway and hand us a bill, but that’s simply not how Nico and the people at Lynwood Firestone operate. They explain what they find, don’t try to sell you repairs you don’t need, and have always treated us fairly. They’re also friendly and do everything they can to accommodate you when something is urgent. After 27 years of experience with this shop, I can confidently give Lynwood Firestone five stars and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, dependable automotive repair shop.
