  Got an oil change and filter and air filter and tires rotated and top off fluids and something else .. the 4 people that assisted were amazing !! Kind helpful and efficient !! I highly recommend this Valvoline station … the best I have been to. And they had a female working with them ..I loved that !!

  Stopped in for an oil change and a rear wiper replacement. Great experience all around. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything without talking over my head. They offered a few additional services—which is their job—but there was zero pressure when I turned them down. I really appreciated that. Fast, honest, no pressure, no nonsense… just good people doing good work. That’s getting harder to find these days. I’ll definitely be back.

  I came here for a routine oil change, and unfortunately, it created a problem that wasn’t there before. After the service, I noticed the engine splash shield/underbody panel wasn’t properly reattached. A simple oversight like this can cause the panel to drag on the road, become damaged, or even come off while driving. An oil change should be one of the most basic services a shop performs, so it’s frustrating to have to return because something wasn’t put back together correctly. I expect more attention to detail when it comes to work on my vehicle. I hope the shop makes it right, but this experience has made me question the quality of their work.

  Stopped in on a Sunday to get my oil changed after seeing the "15 Minute Oil Change" signs all over the place. After being told the oil vac wasn't working well, it was already approaching 30 minutes. I was the only vehicle there most of the time, so they weren't overly busy or anything. Then, the technician told me they were out of oil. Without any other choice, I had to wait over 90 minutes before more oil arrived from another store. I asked the technician what they were going to do about making it right, this was my first time going here and it certainly wasn't a good start as a new customer. They told me since it was a Sunday, the manager wasn't around and would call me the next day. Never got that call, and so I paid full price for a 90 minute oil change that was advertised as 15 minutes. Probably wouldn't have left the negative review if I had gotten the call I was promised. I didn't ask for much, just a discount or coupon for a free oil change so I can come back and try the service again.
