  I had an oil change done and was extremely happy with my service. Jim took care of everything. Lisa and Carmen are amazing. Id definitely recommend Tuffy. Wonderful experience 😊

  I was having problems with my 2012 Ram 5500 . I’m from Canada they made me feel at home and kept me in the loop and got me on the road. Very happy with the service and the staff you get a 5 Star rating !👍🙂

  They can fix a car, but the customer service and communication are seriously lacking. I dropped my car off for diagnostics and spoke with the owner about the existing codes and possible issues. A day after the scheduled completion date, I was told the problem was timing—something that had not been part of the original discussion. The timing chain had just been replaced by the dealership less than 4,000 miles earlier, so I decided to pick the car up and take it back to the dealership. That’s when I was told the car no longer ran. I had driven in a running vehicle for diagnostics, and now I was being told it wouldn’t run and that the issue involved the same system the dealership had recently repaired. I asked to speak with the owner but was told he was on vacation for another five days. I left my number and told them i expected a call. That call never came. I eventually went back in person. The owner was pleasant and professional and said my message had never been relayed to him. He explained the issue and the probable repair, and I decided to let them finish the job. A few days later, they called and said the car was fixed. To their credit, it was repaired and everyone was apologetic when we picked it up. Unfortunately, when we got home, we noticed grease and dirt throughout the interior. The car had been professionally detailed for $300 just two weeks earlier, and the WeatherTech floor mats were less than a month old. They ultimately fixed the car, but the poor communication, missed callback, delays, and condition the vehicle was returned in made the experience disappointing. I would rather pay more elsewhere for better communication and greater care of my vehicle

  Got my car “fixed” here for almost 600$ just for my engine light to come on one hour later and for it to be the same problem. Also do not believe their “warranty”, I took it to an “approved shop” to fix THEIR mistakes and the warranty WILL NOT cover anything despite this being TUFFYS FAULT.

  The Auto Techs at Tuffy are knowledgeable and supper helpful! I even received a complementary tire repair:) My family will use Tuffy for all future needs!
