  I always bring my car to Tuffys for any service my car needs. They’re always friendly and never had a bad experience with them. Lisa is very helpful when I’m dropping off and picking up my car!

  I just wanted to shoutout a worker at tuffys! His name is Jackson probably one of the coolest dudes I have met. He understands all my struggles while being away from home and being a college athlete. He helped me a ton and made it affordable for me to get my car taken care of! I highly recommend going to tuffys and having Jacksons help you.

  My mom has used Tuffy for many years without any issue until recently. It took multiple attempts to fix a supposed power steering issue, and she was given the run-around to repair an issue that they didn't properly address in the first place. After the third visit and no urgency to fix the issue, my mom called back and said she would be taking her car to another mechanic. Miraculously, the technician was "just about to pull the car in," as soon as she said she would be taking her business elsewhere and leaving a review on Google. The receptionist then left three voicemails essentially begging to have the technician look at the car before taking it somewhere else. As suspected, another mechanic confirmed it was an alternator issue. Thanks to them, the car is working fine with no dashboard lights. I strongly question the diagnosis, repairs, and quality of service from Tuffy. I'm also shocked to read the owner's replies to other negative reviews. It is incredibly unprofessional and shows a lack of accountability. I'm sure I will receive backlash for my review as well. Update: As expected, the owner responded with an unprofessional fake apology. They are "swamped busy" (his words), yet the owner has time to reply within hours online. Perhaps the owner should stop hiding behind the computer and help the crew in the shop if they're truly as busy as he claims. Every single response from the owner is an argument, which should tell anyone everything they need to know about this place. They offered to fix the car, but there was a strong lack of urgency. She had already been without a car for multiple days during the previous visits. As a loyal customer who had to bring the car back for a third time for the same issue, my mom should have been prioritized. The receptionist did not say her car was next UNTIL she said she would be bringing the car somewhere else. They should not be promising to take on new clients if they cannot properly handle the current workload. I also left a message for the owner on 4/15/26 and am waiting to hear back.
