  This car wash tore off my front license plate and bracket and the plate got stuck and in the conveyor belt and tore and bent my front license plate off . Lady took my info and said she made a damage claim and never did. I call every other day and they keep telling me they have no info. No claim has ever been made and they will have a manger call. This is been going on for over a week. Corporate said to leave a bad review so corporate will get involved and reach out to the owner. So owner. Your managers aren’t doing there job please reach out to me or I’ll put a claim In directly to your insurance company. This is a new car I’ve had for 1 day before my car wash. The plates and car had no damage prior to this.

  Tommy’s is the best car wash. The staff is so kind and the facility is topnotch! The website is so easy to use. If you are wondering if you should become a member, the answer is YES! Who doesn’t want a clean vehicle!
