- AWAmie WAug 31, 20262.0I have been buying tires for my vehicles at Tire Depot for over 20 years. Under previous management... The tires were guaranteed for life against flats.. If I had a slow leak... I would bring it in and it would be fixed.. No questions asked.. If all the service men were busy, the previous manager would fix my tire himself. The NEW manager is definitely not focused on customer service which is way more important to me than cost. They did not fix my tire and as a result.. Lost my 20 years of loyalty. I will NOT be back.
