  When I got to this place to pick up my 15 passenger van to take my seniors on a group outing, it was not ready. I had to wait over an hour and a half for them to clean it from the previous people they were understaffed. There was one person running the register and one person washing cars. There was tons of people in the lobby, waiting for their vehicles as well. Enterprise has gone automated to use less employees. I’m a 34 year Customer because I’m 55 years old I’ve been using Enterprise my entire life and I’ve never been treated so poorly. Enterprise made my seniors late for their outing through their medication times off and their meal times off and they missed out on an hour and a half of their event I wasn’t offered another vehicle to take even though one was They’re available totally dissatisfied. Unacceptable from Enterprise not the old Enterprise I remember.

  Car was dirty, backseat stained, and was overcharged due to a ‘software glitch’ which fortunately I caught before settling the bill

  I had a great experience with Enterprise Rentals. The agent I worked with was very professional, knowledgeable, and ensured the entire process went seamlessly. They helped make sure my tolls were covered and that my gas was pre-paid, which made everything much easier. When I returned the car, the same agent was there. She did a fantastic job and made the drop-off process quick and efficient. I really enjoyed interacting with her as she was both friendly and professional. She definitely deserves recognition. I also appreciated that the team called beforehand to make sure I was prepared, and followed up afterward to confirm everything went well. That level of service stood out. If the pricing remains as competitive as it was this time, I would choose Enterprise every time. Thank you.

  Terrible company. I went through the entire booking and reservation processes for a 9am pickup only to be called at 8:10 in the morning, being told they have nothing and I was out of luck. EDITED TO ADDRESS THEIR "COMMENT". An apology does not help the situation. You shouldn't allow someone to go through the entire reservation process if there are no cars avaliable. I didnt just reserve the car. I went through the entire check in process, including my DL# and credit card info. Why is that even an option if there are NO cars. How do you not have that information updated in real time?? Either get rid of your on line reservation process or learn how to run it properly, so you dont screw people over.
