  I was driving to from Wisconsin to Ohio when a warning light popped up on my dashboard. I’m not the savviest when it comes to car maintenance, so looked up the nearest auto parts store to see if I could get it checked out. I was greeted with warmth, friendliness and (dare I say it) the genuine care that seems to have gotten lost in our country these days. Turns out, I needed a new headlight, which Andrew very kindly fixed on the spot. Christy chatted with me while we found out what part we needed and wished me safe travels during the rest of the trip, and another employee (who’s name I didn’t get) was also very helpful to make suggestions to make sure she got me the correct headlight to match the brightness of my other headlight (thank you for thinking of the things I didn’t know I should be thinking about!). Top notch service and friendliness! While I hope to never have a reason to visit this Auto Zone store again, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others!

  Tyler R and Billy G were very helpful getting my battery issue fixed and they braved the freezing weather to install it also. So thankful! Great service!
