  Mr. Jose T. -The Store manager was absolutely amazing and soo very helpful!! I needed a battery replaced and there was no hesitation!! He took the old one out and installed the new one under the blistering sun and did it with a smile and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank You!!

  Stopped after work, Thought my battery was going bad. Walked in Jason was more than please to help me. I was correct, Battery was bad. He helped me get it changed out and new one in and on my way went. By helped me, I mean he did it alone while I watched. 😊 He explained each step he was doing. Super kind. I truly was so appreciative for his help. After 12 hours at work on a Sunday I didnt have anymore energy to find anybody to help.

  Asked parts manager for help replacing the cabin filter in my vehicle. He balked and said he would not do the replacement, but would sell me the part. I asked if he had one, and he acted like he could not give me the exact part without knowing every detail of the car model beyond the year. I asked if he had any of the ones in stock that fit and of this car type. He went into sales mode and said "I have one in stock." Walking towards the warehouse he asked, "Do you want to buy it?" I said, "No", and went to O'Reilly where a young worker bent over backwards to install it for me. He got a nice tip and O'Reilly got my business because of his initiative. I recommend O'Reilly in Loves Park...

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jose, the store manager, went above and beyond helping me choose the right headlight bulbs. He explained everything clearly, was knowledgeable, and never pressured me. He definitely leads by example with his outstanding customer service. Highly recommend Jose and his team at this AutoZone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jose, el gerente de la tienda, hizo todo lo posible para ayudarme a elegir los focos correctos para mi carro. Me explicó todo claramente, demostró mucho conocimiento y nunca me presionó. Definitivamente pone el ejemplo con su excelente servicio al cliente. ¡Recomiendo mucho a Jose y esta tienda AutoZone!

  I would like to start with saying I have been using this location for years on end. NEVER once had an issue. However, today, I dealt with an extremely incompetent, rude, aggressive staff member by the name of John. Brought in parts to warranty out. I admit, I failed to use the word "warranty out", but the attitude he gave was extremely unprofessional. I gave the name and the parts plus type of vehicle. He asked "are you returning them?" I said 'no, using the warranty." Using a very aggressive tone, shrugging shoulders, and overly extending arm gestures he exclaimed "well how am I suppose to know that? You did not say that." I paused, took a step back. Took a breath. Then I said "oh I'm sorry. My bad. I should have." Again with the tone, hand gestures and all "yeah I ain't gonna just know unless you tell me." I'm thinking like wow..... bad day. I had zero attitude, zero tone increase, didn't match energy. Then John started trying to find the parts. He didn't succeed and I could tell he was getting annoyed and frustrated. Person I came with said to check his account. Mind you, it's a commercial account. He got flustered with all the numbers giving attitude to whom I came with. We decided to leave, find the receipts, and come back. The second person was incredible. Very friendly and got what we needed. All I'm saying is if you go in, and there is an older gentleman by the name of John, go to someone else.
