  Great windshield replacement, but a few useful suggestions for the team! I recently had my windshield replaced here, and I am very satisfied with the quality of the installation. The team did a highly professional job, and the new glass looks perfect. I’m giving them 5 stars for the technical work, but I have three constructive suggestions to make their service even better: 1. Provide realistic time estimates: Please give customers more accurate timelines for the job. When a promised 1 hour and 15 minutes turns into a wait of nearly 3 hours, it completely disrupts your plans for the day. It’s much better to be transparent about the actual time required from the start. 2. Warn customers about old wiper blades: It would be incredibly helpful if the shop explicitly warned clients before they drive off that using old, worn-out wiper blades on a brand-new windshield can easily scratch the fresh glass. A quick heads-up would be a fantastic addition to your customer care. 3. Customer service: It would be great if Hannah could be a bit more friendly and welcoming when communicating with customers. A warmer, more positive attitude at the front desk would make the overall experience absolutely flawless. Thank you for the quality install!   Although the process was easy and Agnes was great to work with, the windshield they installed was not the one I asked for. I specifically asked for Pilkington, which they said was on back order and placed the order for it, it delayed the installation by a few days which was not a problem. I even called back to confirm Pilkington was ordered to which they said yes. Once the installation was completed, I noticed it was NOT Pilkington they installed and it was a lower brand.

  Just had the windshield replaced on my Raptor today by Antonio from Windshield Pros. His attention to detail was outstanding. He was super careful how he did everything so as not to harm my truck and to make sure the window was perfect. He used OEM Ford glass just like they said they would and he walked me through the entire process as he did it. Highest recommendation, the technician and the company are top notch!

  We received a very reasonable quote on the phone, but when the technician showed up for our appointment, he said it would be $200 more than the original quote. We called the office and they were unable to explain why the price was twice as high or why they misquoted us in the first place. We did not complete the service. Dishonest.
