THEIR STAFF WILL DESTROY YOUR CAR, AND THEIR MANAGEMENT WILL STALL FOR 45 DAYS TO AVOID PAYING. 🚨 On July 17, a technician at Valvoline Lombard threw heavy jumper cables across the bay, slamming into my battery area and causing a massive short circuit. The next day, my car suffered a complete electrical shutdown in heavy traffic during a 95-degree heatwave. My certified mechanic confirmed the impact blew my 200A alternator fuse and fried my battery, resulting in $1,038.81 in damages, towing, and losses. Instead of taking responsibility, Area Manager Armando and his boss, Tim, spent 45 days playing games—continuously asking for more time and dragging out the process just to dodge paying for the damage their own employee caused. After dozens of exhausting calls to customer service, they ultimately rejected the claim. If you use Valvoline Lombard, you are risking your safety and your vehicle, backed by management that refuses to stand by their mistakes. @Valvoline — Armando and Tim think they can stall customers out until they give up.   Our experience was bad. 1st and last time using their services. They made us drive in and immediately we felt rushed. They kept trying to push other services on us and tried to sell me the most expensive type of oil. I just needed synthetic blend. I had a coupon and they were trying to get me to pay before I showed my coupon. Overall dissatisfied.

  I went to get an oil change today this afternoon. Coy and Matthew gave excellent customer service. They were fast, efficient, thorough, and very kind. I will definitely be back again for the next service.
