  Liars! Don't trust anything these hacks say. They started draining from below, but decided to put the original drain bolt back in without replacing the crush washer and vacuum the rest of the oil out of the top of the engine. These guys are lazy and cut corners. When I called them out for not doing the job correctly, they lied and claimed that was their company procedure. NEVER AGAIN!

  Dont come here the workers and the manager Levi dont know what there doing. They broke my filter box from my vehicle replaced it with filter box that didnt belong to my vehicle. Broke alot of screws also stripped a few places where my screws go. They left alot of things loose. When I go back to show him everything that did to my truck he got upset and kicked me out there parking lot. I had to call the cops ! He refused to fix the damages that he and his workers did to my vehicle. Now my vehicle sounds like motorcycle!!! DONT GO THERE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING !! DONT WANT TO REPLACE ALL THE DAMAGE THEY DID TO MY VEHICLE!!! CORPORATE WONT DO NOTHING ABOUT THE SITUATION! MY LAWYER WILL BE REACHING OUT TO THEM ! PLEASE TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO A MECHANIC SHOP FOR A OIL CHANGE THESE WORKERS and the manager Levi AT THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE TO WHAT THERE DOING NO TRAINING FROM IT LOOK LIKE! THE WORST PART ABOUT IT WAS THAT THEY WERE NOT PLANNING ON LETTING ME KNOW THAT THEY DAMAGED MY VEHICLE. I GOT OFF MY CAR BEFORE THEY WHERE they were GETTING TO CLOSE MY HOOD AND SEEN ALL THE DAMAGES! THAT WAS GOD TELLING ME TO GO LOOK IF NOT I WOULDN'T OF SEEN ALL THE DAMAGE THEY DID TO MY VEHICLE.

  Do not, i repeat, Do Not take your vehicle here. They broke my wife's air filter, stripped a nut they had no business touching, and rudely ki ked her off the property when confronted of there wrong doing. Stick to your main machanic,fast service sometimes will cost ya an arm n a leg, don't let the manager try fool you with his friendly face. He'll mess up your car with the rest of the crew who works there

  The crew is always welcoming and thorough during my visits. I just sold a car that was only serviced by Valvoline and then recognized that it never had an issue even after 73K miles.

THEIR STAFF WILL DESTROY YOUR CAR, AND THEIR MANAGEMENT WILL STALL FOR 45 DAYS TO AVOID PAYING. 🚨 On July 17, a technician at Valvoline Lombard threw heavy jumper cables across the bay, slamming into my battery area and causing a massive short circuit. The next day, my car suffered a complete electrical shutdown in heavy traffic during a 95-degree heatwave. My certified mechanic confirmed the impact blew my 200A alternator fuse and fried my battery, resulting in $1,038.81 in damages, towing, and losses. Instead of taking responsibility, Area Manager Armando and his boss, Tim, spent 45 days playing games—continuously asking for more time and dragging out the process just to dodge paying for the damage their own employee caused. After dozens of exhausting calls to customer service, they ultimately rejected the claim. If you use Valvoline Lombard, you are risking your safety and your vehicle, backed by management that refuses to stand by their mistakes. @Valvoline — Armando and Tim think they can stall customers out until they give up.
