Very sweet and respectful when I came through for an oil change. Went through all the checks on my car, let me know what needs done based on my mileage, and was very helpful when giving me an honest opinion of what was most important to take care of. Thank you

🚨🚨 Very disappointed with this location. I had an oil change done and an hour and half later my oil warning light came on. When I checked the oil level, there was little to no oil showing on the dipstick, forcing me to buy and add oil myself.
When I returned the next day, I was told the camera footage showed everything was done correctly, but no one could explain why my vehicle was low on oil immediately after service. No solution was offered, no accountability was taken, and my concerns were dismissed. I was even denied the district manager's contact information.
A simple oil change should not leave customers worried about potential engine damage. Don’t go here!!!!!

A synthetic oil change for my 2018 Terrain costed me 117$!! This place is OVERPRICED
Also, I was asked to open up my front hood before even telling me what the price was going to be. After asking for only an oil change, they went ahead and unscrewed and rescrewed (causing wear) my cabin filter cover, after I told them that I’m not getting anything else and just an oil change! They wanted to check my turning lights, brights, and even windshield washer fluid.
THEY WANT TO NICKEL AND DIME YOU
And this is also your vehicle! Not theirs! If you don’t want anything else being touched, then it shouldn’t be touched!!

Overall good experience at this location. It was my first time at Valvoline after previously having car serviced at the dealership. The only negative thing I can say is that the team did not reset my "need oil change" button on my dash and now I have to look at it for the next six months (until next oil change).
