  Rented a car from Joe in the Lombardi location on Roosevelt and he was absolutely amazing and very helpful. I highly recommend renting from him!

  This is by far the best location I have rented a car from. I have been renting with them for almost a month now and the process has been very smooth. Noah and Liliana are extremely understanding and help you out beyond their capacity to make sure you get the right vehicle and walk out of the door happy. If you’re around the area and considering renting this is your spot!

  I had such a fantastic experience with Noah (twice) at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Lombard. He is incredibly charming, friendly, and truly customer‑oriented. Every interaction with him had a little sparkle — he has a way of making even routine comments feel upbeat and thoughtful. We live within walking distance of this location, but honestly, I would gladly drive out of my way just to receive the level of service Noah provides. His attitude, professionalism, and attention to the small details really set him apart. It’s clear he understands how important it is to exceed expectations, and he does it effortlessly. Well done, young man! Enterprise is lucky to have someone who represents the company with such positivity and care.

  I’d give negative stars if possible. Horrible company and experience. We booked a 12 passenger van for our first family trip in years (booked specially for my wife who has been fighting Stage 4 breast cancer for 17 months). Booked online 6 weeks beforehand. Received a call from Enterprise 3 days before the trip advising they overbooked and we’d be getting either a 15 passenger van, or full size SUV. We were appreciative of the communication. Then a day before the trip, I get a call that they don’t have any vehicles for us at all. No vans, no SUVs….because they overbooked as self-admitted by two reps and the manager. We were offered two mid-size SUVs (so we can pay twice as much in gas??). At the end of the day, Enterprise left us stranded a day before a trip we booked weeks out, and left us scrambling to call friends and family members to see who had a vehicle big enough for our family and a wheelchair (it didn’t go well). We will NEVER rent from Enterprise again.
