Dealing with everything after an accident can already be stressful, but Jimmy made the rental car process incredibly smooth and easy from start to finish. Jimmy was professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to make sure I was taken care of, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been another stressful part of the situation feel completely manageable. His customer service truly stood out, and I really appreciated how comfortable and supported he made me feel throughout the process. I also want to recognize Brandon, who was working on cleaning and preparing the vehicle. He made sure everything was ready to go and that the car was clean and prepared for me before I left. That extra attention to detail definitely did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Jimmy and Brandon, for making a difficult week a little easier. This is exactly the kind of customer service people remember, and Enterprise Lombard is lucky to have both of you on their team. I would absolutely recommend this location!

It was super easy and quick to get the car and was very happy with their service. Highly reccomend as the team is incredibly friendly and made the whole process very convenient.
