  They are always so kind with helping me fill my tires! I work near and always am stopping by. Always are coming out asking if I need help and never have a problem with filling my tires up. The one time there was this snarky person and they handled it very well and were very apologetic!!

  I had the unfortunate luck of messing up my tire and rim the Saturday evening before Mother’s Day. The three gentlemen that worked Mother’s Day were extremely kind, thoughtful, and helped me think through all of my options of repair as they don’t service rims. The problem ended resolved much easier than I anticipated and the price was much lower as well. I am very grateful for these gentlemen and their help!!!

  Beyond imagination. I called the Mavis call center and spoke with a young lady Alexia?! She quoted prices for 3 new tires for my 2018 Jeep Renegade. She quoted me a price of $399 and she told me that price would include the alignment. We set up an appointment for the next day. The appointment appeared on my Google Calendar which was nice. However she failed to send me a detailed estimate of services and product costs along with taxes. I showed up at the store 9 am expecting to get the tires. When I arrived the manager, Brandon, told me that they only had 2 tires in stock but that they would rummage around the shop to find a spare tire! Unbelievable! The team began the work but I was soon called to the work area where mechankcs and Brandon told me that the tool that they were using to remove the lug nuts was not working! Brandon recommended that I buy 15 new lug nuts at $15 per lug nut! I told him that was crazy and he should find the appropriate tool to donthe job. Brandon then reviewed the costs with me and told me that the alignment would cost an additional $120. I told him that the lady I spoke with said that the alignment costs would be a part of the overall tire costs around $390. He told me that was impossible because no women work at the shop. I later found out I was speaking with a call center lady. I then waited for 3 hours. Brandon and none of the mechanics updated me on progress. Affer about 2.5 hours, i saw Brandon keavjng the store so I asked him about the status of the tire replacemt. He said that they had to call the Joliet warehose fo get the 3rd tire and that it should arrive in 3 minutes! Why did I have to wait 2.5 hours for this update. I them called Corporate Customer Service and explained the situation. She called Brandon Nd secured a $3( discount on the alignment. Afger abouf anothe half hour Luke came out and updated me further. A good guy. After more than 3 hours the tire arrived from the warehouse and was installed! Luke assisted in completing the transaction in a friendly way. Somebody needs to chat with Brandon as his.customer service is atrocious and beyond imagination. I will stay away from Mavis and I recommend that you do the same!

  Mavis tires gave me a free brakes inspection when I wasn't sure if I needed the front or back brakes done. They were quick and helpful. I returned a week later to have the service done when Brenden quoted me a pretty good price on the service. The job was done quickly and efficiently!

  I had been in my car 6hrs driving on the expressway. When i pulled off, i heard something was dragging under my car. It was my oil pan cover. I tried to pull it off myself, but the other half was bolted on pretty tight (as it should be). I panicked, it was late on Sunday afternoon. I pulled into Mavis and was greeted by Todd. He could sense my panic. He got me in right away and Allen was very helpful in getting to piece off so i could safely drive my car. I would rate Mavis 10 stars if i could. Thank you again!
