  I got to Valvoline instant oil change in lisle to get the oil changed on both of my cars. They are quick and helpful, adding on multiple maintenance checks for free. I have had a better experience coming here than the other oil change shops nearby!

  I had such a great experience at this oil change place. Everyone was so professional, patient, and respectful. I stayed in my car the whole time, and they took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. After a bad experience somewhere else last time, this was honestly such a relief. You can really tell they care about their customers and doing the job right. Definitely going to be my go to place from now on!

  Manager and attendant were very kind and welcoming. The attendant taking my mileage and information informed me of all the features/benefits/ and potential savings of all add-on service suggestions and applied the information to me personally. He let me know the value and return on investment of each offered additional service and cost differential between Valvoline and dealership. This was very impressive. With a background in sales and management, I agreed to one add-on service. You can tell this attendant really liked what he was doing. I didn't feel sold, I felt informed and empowered to make the decisions for myself- a welcome change from industry standard approach. Well done. Will be back again and again- love the hours and flexibility. The coupons keep me coming back too, and in this economy, please keep those coming

  This location is the best. The manager Miguel is the best. The crew he has those young man are focused, they don’t mess around and get the job done. I live in Joliet and I make the effort to come to this Lisle location because of the professionalism. I would highly recommend. You stay in your car and they get to work, no wasted time, in and out! Thank you Miguel to you and your crew!!💪

  We always go to Valvoline because of the consistently great service, but they really went above and beyond for us recently. Our car died the night before and needed a jump, so we came in the next morning to have the battery and alternator checked. The team took the time to thoroughly test everything, explain it clearly, and make sure we understood what was going on. More importantly, they genuinely cared about making sure our car was safe and running properly—not just getting us in and out. We left feeling such a sense of relief knowing everything checked out.
