- CBColette BeaumontSep 18, 20261.0Got my oil changed there on September 17 and my engine seized up as I was leaving the parking lot….. They are clue clueless. now I have to hire a lawyer.

- ASAnish SabnisSep 3, 20263.0Service itself was fine. Got an oil change done and battery replaced. However, immediately after the battery was replaced, my automatic window functions stopped working and I could no longer control the passenger side window from my driver side controls. When I brought it up, I was told that problems can happen at any time and that my car was 8 years old. I researched online and followed a simple reinitialization procedure which fixed the problems. I understand a battery replacement can cause things to reset and I don't fault them for that. However, the staff should understand that things like this can happen as a result of the battery replacement and not be so quick to blame the car.
