  It was a bad experience to take my car for oil change. First the prices are overpriced. Second they want to fix other things I did not asked for. Third bad customer service, employees has bad attitude, never smiled and felt like they did not want to be working there. Never go back there.

  I have been going to this specific Grease Monkey location for YEARS. Got a full service oil change. Marshall and his crew are top notch. Respectful, polite, and kind. Every person in there deserves credit for running a really smooth operation. Efficient and professional.

  Marshall and his team are the best! They’re always so courteous, quick, and check-in with each step along the way. I never feel pressured to buy an air filter or do an extra service. They just suggest things when I need them. And if I can’t do it, they’re very kind. After finding them about a year ago, will never go anywhere else!

  Marshall and the Grease Monkey team did an excellent job and had wonderful customer service. We had our oil and filters changed with all the top offs and are ready for our 6 hour drive home! Also, Marshall was beyond professional and accommodating dealing with an unnecessarily disgruntled customer who neglected to simply read fine print on a coupon. We appreciate the service and would definitely make a pit stop if in the area again!
