  John worked with over the phone to buy a Uses Jeep Wrangler and provided outstanding service. Tony helped complete the paperwork via Docusign. All questions were answered accurately and I was comfortable buying a low mileage used wrangler based on comprehensive pictures and excellent follow up from John and the BillKay team. Great experience thanks all.

  Jesus Flores made my car-buying experience a breeze! He was friendly, easy to talk to, and was able to get me a fair deal. He also helped to arrange the delivery of my new car to a different state. If you want an easy, hassle-free experience without the typical high-pressure sales tactics then you should see Jesus.

  3 weeks after purchasing my car , I’m in getting all new tires . Front had 1 tread and back right had slow leak with a rope patch inside . Needless to say we had asked about tires and oil life left . And was told it was inspected and all was good . Both front tires are cracking and dry rot . On a 2025 BMW supposedly just used as a rental.even more disappointing is I expressed I needed a safe car because I drive highway miles . Guess anyone says anything to make a sale .

  I had such a great experience purchasing my vehicle here! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, easy, and genuinely pleasant. Buying a car can be stressful, but I felt completely comfortable the entire time and never once felt pressured, misled, or like I was being taken advantage of. One of the best parts was being able to solidify the deal online ahead of time. Everything we discussed was honored when I arrived, so there were no surprises or last-minute changes. I was able to come in, sign the paperwork, and everything went incredibly smoothly. Steve was my salesperson and was wonderful to work with! He was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy. The finance portion was just as comfortable and straightforward! It was a great team to work with. Overall, this was by far one of the most positive dealership experiences I’ve had. As a single woman buying a car on my own, feeling comfortable and confident throughout the process meant a lot to me. I really appreciated how transparent, welcoming, and stress-free they made the entire process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership they can feel comfortable working with!
