The dealership itself might be nice. They had the right vehicle I was looking for, so I used them. However, if you get Carlos as your finance manager, just walk out. He lied right off the bat about the payment. He inflated it almost 40 bucks. That way when you turn him down on the extended warrantee, He can pretend to get you a really low price. Then the payment doesn't go up but just 20 bucks. Makes it seem like a deal right? Well it doesn't when he already inflated the price. All the paperwork in the beginning was printed off and then signed. But when it came to the purchase agreement with the add ons, the story changes. He switches to a tablet, and he scrolls down the all the spots for you to sign or initial. You dont even sign, you just tap the button. You never see the amounts. When your all done, he then prints off the documents, folds them neatly, puts them in an envelope, and seals them with a big label. He hands the paperwork to you on your way out of the drive. Upon opening it at home, you see the numbers don't add up. His 23 dollar a month add ons for 84 months, should have been like 2 grand, not the 4800 he charged. Not to mention another 105 dollar error in mathematics as well. I won't get into how unhelpful he was with getting that money returned. Let's just say I have learned my lesson. I thought I had seen most of the dealer scams in my time. Just goes to show, you have to always double check everything they do. So, my second tidbit of advice besides staying away from Carlos would be: If you sit down with a finance person, and he doesn't have actually paperwork in front of you to review, as you go, leave the dealership.
