I have been coming to Liberty since 2021 & every time I go the staff are always professional & willing to work with you. I wanted to give a special shout out to Mo. He was very professional, helpful, & worked very hard to get me into the car I really wanted. Thank you Mo! Highly recommend Liberty for anyone who is looking for both new & used cars.
Not big on writing reviews, but this place was great. I drove 2 hours down from Madison, WI and wouldn’t have done so if they hadn’t worked so well with me ahead of time to answer all my questions and work with me on incentives and pricing. The communication was amazing. Once I got here Danny and his manager Frank took great care of me. I had a trade-in that they gave me a very fair value on. The whole process was super smooth. I came late in the day, but didn’t feel rushed. Can’t say enough what a great experience I had. Highly recommend and would make the 2 hour drive again in an instant to have it be this easy.

Took my daughter to purchase her 1st car on her own. The employees were friendly and it really appeared they wanted to help get my daughter into the car she wanted. We went there with a loan approval from her bank. But the car was a little more than she wanted to pay (and approved for).
So we allowed them to run her credit for their financing.
They tried to sell us the car based on the payment. But I had loan requirements that we weren't willing to budge on. Like the term and the rate!!!
What they presented to us on paper was not what they verbally stated. They told us the interest rate was one thing. But when I tried to reconcile the payment with the rate, the numbers weren't making sense.
Finally, I was able to pry somewhat of the truth from him. That the interest rate was at least 5% more than what they verbally told us.
How did they think the paperwork was gonna go when I saw the real interest rate?
They told us they weren't charging us anything extra, and everything was included in the price of the car. But that wasn't necessarily true either. They refused to budge one cent on the sale price, and choose to lie to a 23 year old girl, because shes a 23 yr old girl who went with her mom. They thought they were going to take advantage of us.
It's amazes me that they knew I wasn't some clueless mom who was gonna let my daughter sign some ridiculous agreement. They knew I knew enough to not get ripped off. Yet they tried anyway. They tried because they thought they would get over on two women.
And when I figured out what they were doing, he made it sound like it was my daughter's fault cause her credit score wasn't high enough. That has zero to do with lying to my face.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Women beware!!!
Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else for service. I bought my car here and make sure it's only ever serviced by this Nissan since I bought it there. This is going on the second issue with my car after being serviced there. The first one my car hood was left open because the mechanism that closes it wasn't working even though it was fine before. So I drive home not knowing my hood was open and then figuring out it's doesn't close. So I took it back and they said it's normal wear and tear(They are the only one who services my vehicle and open my hood) Then this last time I got a routine oil change and tire rotation that turned into having to drive yet again back to the service center to be told my spring broke and it's normal wear and tear. Okay, but why haven't they seen that every other time I've come for service? What happened to the 360 inspection? What happened to doing right by the customer? The sound wasn't there at all and to drive away with it after service to a tune of having to replace my springs and labor of over $700 doesn't sit right. You be the judge.

Ricky provided tremendous support throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, he listened carefully to our needs, answered our questions, and ensured the vehicles were ready for us to review.
At one point, we visited Subaru to look at the Forester Touring and received a very competitive offer. I called Ricky and explained the situation. Rather than giving up on the opportunity, he encouraged us to come back and worked with his team to provide an even better deal.
Overall, Ricky and the team at Liberty Center did an excellent job. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to earning our business made a significant difference in our buying experience.
My only disappointment is with Nissan's product decisions and personally think their CEO - Ivan Espinosa is a master conman. I am very frustrated that a Platinum trim vehicle—marketed as a premium model—appears to have features removed (we got a basic trim review mirror, instead of the camera mirror that should be at their highest trim levels. Ivan Espinosa is creating profits by cheating its customers. Does he not realize that customers reasonably expect at that level, such as a premium rearview mirror with integrated functions. Premium vehicles should deliver premium features and reducing equipment while maintaining premium pricing creates a poor customer experience. Nissan's leadership -Ivan Espinosa, should carefully reconsider these decisions and ensure that customers receive the level of value and equipment they expect from a flagship trim level. If you are buying a car- go to Liberty Nissan and buy the car from Ricky. He is the best.
