I had a great experience with Libertyville Nissan! Joe and Marco were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything easy and stress-free, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. I really appreciate their honesty and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Libertyville Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Great team and great experience!

Recently bought my wife a car from Steve at Nissan. The experience was seamless, I spoke to their team on the phone, they helped answered all my questions. The car was pulled up front when I arrived. Steve had me in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours. Great people, great experience, great company. Highly recommend!

A few days ago, I went to pick up a vehicle I saw on their website. The purchase was made, and I decided to buy it without financing. The car had wheel locks. The salesman promised they could be removed at the repair shop, but that I should come on a weekday. The repair shop refused, claiming the car had already been sold. I contacted the salesman, and to this day, he hasn't answered my calls. Honestly, it was a very bad experience. If you buy from this dealership, make sure they give you a signed repair agreement, because now I see they're not professional salespeople.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Bought a car from this place last year and the experience has been a never-ending nightmare. Immediately there were multiple mechanical and electronic issues that were not disclosed at purchase. Upon calling back numerous times to seek support, I was sent to a full voicemail box. Again and again and again. When I was FINALLY able to get a hold of the service department they summarily denied the issues or said they were not evident at the time of purchase (*cough cough* BS!). Absolutely no customer support whatsoever after final sale, you’re on your own with your lemon, good luck! Oh and let’s talk about the purchasing process itself. We were in there for north of five hours. I know car buying is a lengthy process but these guys made it even worse with constant lies and run-arounds. What is this fee for? That’s for cleaning the car inside and out, we need to pay our guys for that (the car was filthy on this inside so why are they getting paid for that??). How about this fee? Oh that’s for so-so who put air in the tires. This crap went on and on, we eventually negotiated down to a price we were comfortable with but my gosh these people don’t give a hoot about who you are unless your cash is green. We’ve spent several thousand dollars to keep this car roadworthy because this place did not do their due diligence of servicing the vehicle properly when they had it. Don’t waste your time, your money or your sanity. Sincerely, In too deep

This is my review management can call me if they wanna talk. The sales manager here should be fired and never allowed to take advantage of people every again. I drove two hours after asking for them to send me financing terms. I wanted a 36k dollar vehicle I have fourteen to put down, the guy presents me with a document that only showed the monthly payment and length of those payments, with no breakdown. When I did the math I was buying a 36k dollar car with fourteen grand down and would of ended up still owing 36k when I signed. Guys a crook I kept asking for the terms and the guy just kept asking me which payment I wanted. I can't believe there are still dealerships that can take advantage of people like this. The loan has to be at 16-20 percent. I text him later and the sales guy said he doesn't do the loan stuff he would look into it but maybe it's my credit. Regardless I bought the very same car that night from CarMax with fourteen down financed 22k at 5 percent cause my wife and I's credit is incredible , and when I buy another Nissan for my business in six months I won't be going here. This guy should be ashamed of himself, taking advantage of people that don't know better. I can't believe this is legal, can you imagine how many people's lives you have ruined that have no idea what they are signing up for. Terrible and unbelievable!
