Service department is extremely unorganized and inefficient. Finished routine maintenance and the porter brought the car out and left it in the parking lot without telling anyone. Someone finally noticed and they went looking for the car. When I asked how long I waited needlessly they wouldn’t answer but it was at least an hour. I inquired about the wait in front of the cashier and she became angry with me. The staff plays very loud music throughout the waiting areas and shout at each other to be heard over the music. The atmosphere is so unprofessional I have doubts about whether they actually did the maintenance we paid for.
