- MDMisty DaleOct 6, 20265.0This place was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. The service advisor, manager, and technician were all very customer service oriented and took the time to walk through any questions I had. They were very transparent with the recommendations and their pricing. For example, during the initial inspection prior to the oil change, I received a text with a link to my inspection report. Not only did it include what they were recommended, it included pictures so I could see for myself why it needs to be done. This was my first visit here and I have no reason to look anywhere else for great auto service. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
- RHRuth hedbergOct 6, 20265.0Took my Subaru Forester to Car Fix check out transmission pan leak. The whole Car Fix team was so nice and knowledgeable They explained what had to be done plus photos. Also outer tie bars were in bad shape. Replaced those also plus worn out serpentine belt. They did a great job very good price. Highly recommended. Ken

- DDDavid DavydovSep 28, 20265.0Exceptional, the Best! I received their mailer/flyer about an oil change and brake job sale, and I took advantage of that. Len gave me a warm welcome, and they replaced my front rotors and pads quickly, no wait, no surprises, but during repair/replacement they discovered that I also needed front calipers replacement, and they did not add any additional labor charge for that. Perhaps, I should not be surprised by such exceptional service; after all, ideally, all shops and services are supposed to be this way - customer first, but, unfortunately, it is still a wishful thinking. Len was so-so genuinely caring, friendly, and helpful, like a brother, and I couldn't help hugging this good man, and it was the owner who refused my offer for the additional calipers installation labor charge - unbelievable, unheard of! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!
