    i usually go to this one but im going to assume its under new management and I wasnt plesed at all with the service this go round. They wanted to charge me $10for anti freeze which I agreed he literally topped it off and I said I know u not about to charge me for that and he said ok only half. Be aware of what these new people are doing with your car. And dont let gthem get inside ur car to as they say take the oil light off. Nope it shouldnt be on aftereard anyways.

    Mario, Jason and the rest of the crew was very nice and helpful. Everything I needed they helped me understand why I needed it for my car..I haven't been there in over 5 years but I definitely will start coming back. I left with s smile.

    Mario was great. Got my oil changed super quickly and showed me my filters so I could tell whether or not they need to be done instead of the usual people who try to get you to do it regardless.

According to their screening, nothing else was wrong with the vehicle besides needing antifreeze and the oil change. From the moment she pulled into the bay, the interaction was unprofessional. Instead of greeting her, a young employee said, “Let us say hey to you first, who told you to pull in?” That is not how you speak to paying customers. My mother then asked another employee for his name, and the coworker Keenan provided her with a false name, saying it was John. That immediately raised concerns about honesty and accountability. While servicing vehicles, staff used foul language and had inappropriate conversations within earshot of customers, which was completely unacceptable. After the service, less than a mile from the location, the tire pressure light came on. Because the vehicle had just been reset, we assumed it could be a system glitch. However, the car began driving unusually. By the next morning, only 0.3 miles from home, the tire was completely flat and had come off the rim. I had to call AAA to replace it. When I contacted the manager, Robert, he blamed me for the tire issue and did not apologize for the way his staff treated my mother. There was no accountability and no concern shown. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with vehicle service. Customers deserve professionalism, respect, and accountability. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. First photo is from yesterday morning at 8:42am no sign of anything wrong with my tired or signs of it going flat vs what it looked like getting to a gas station up the street. RIDICULOUS!

    Keean did an outstanding job during my visit. He was extremely knowledgeable about my car and explained everything clearly, especially when it came to the oil change and what my vehicle needed. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. He made the whole process smooth, quick, and stress-free. Great customer service all around—I’d definitely recommend asking for Keean if you want someone who knows exactly what they’re doing.
