  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise and will never rent from them again. The first vehicle I was given was dirty inside and out. I brought the condition of the vehicle to the staff's attention, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. On top of that, the car would noticeably shake while idling, which immediately made me question whether it had been properly maintained. I decided to check the vehicle's information myself and discovered it only had 8% oil life remaining. That was unacceptable for a rental vehicle. The car also had terrible fuel economy—I felt like I was stopping to refill the gas tank every other day. After calling Enterprise, they agreed to switch me into another vehicle. Unfortunately, that experience wasn't any better. They simply handed me the keys without doing a walk-around inspection or reviewing the vehicle's condition with me. When I got home, I noticed the replacement vehicle had a large dent in the front bumper and a cracked windshield. I immediately called the branch to report the damage, and they told me they would look into it. I never received a follow-up call or any resolution. Overall, this experience showed a complete lack of attention to vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, customer service, and communication. I expected much better from a company like Enterprise. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Enterprise to anyone

  I made an reservation online for a vehicle at 1200pm on a Monday night. I received a phone call on Tuesday at 10am stating they did not have any vehicles. Therefore, they couldn't provide service. They didn't offer any alternatives for me, causing me to now scramble for another company.

  This place was amazing and so helpful. I was getting a car fixed at a body shop. They picked me up. They dropped me off. It was a wonderful and amazing experience. Everybody at this location was very professional and very nice.
