  The service here was outstanding! I got stranded twice (with my toddler in tow) and thought it was a battery issue. Took my jeep in to see what was going on as my husband had replaced the battery after the 1st time, yet I got stranded again the next day. It turned out to be an issue with my key fob of all things! They held onto the car for almost 8 hours, trying to figure out exactly what was going on. THEN, we weren't even charged for their services. They were able to diagnose the issue, tell us how to fix it (ultimately saving us $400 with their suggestions of service) as they didn't have fobs available there, and then stored the car until my husband could pick it up at 5. We haven't gone anywhere else for oil changes or any services since. They now have customers for life!

  I have been here twice the first time I received an estimate for several things needing done. Many of them were done over at the dealership but I did return for rear brakes. I appreciated the quick appointment on a day off at 9:00 a.m. but when I walked in confirming I was there just for the rear brakes and I was waiting for it I was a little shocked at 10:30 to get a text with a big list of things from their review saying needed done and nothing had been started with the brakes. Some of the things on the list had been done at the dealership so I know it was incorrect. The quote for the rear brakes was about $75 higher than the Subaru dealership but being I was already one and a half hours invested and it was my last day off with these needing to be done I went ahead with it. During the first visit the guy in the front office along with the mechanic were fabulous but the owner in the back office was heard cussing out and employee which was so bad that even the front desk gentleman apologized for him you could tell he was uncomfortable. During the second visit the front desk guy was still great I don't believe it was the same gentleman but I could be wrong. The owner was again heard complaining in the back room during my weight which made no sense why he went just close the door if he was going to talk bad about people but I ignored it as it wasn't screaming. I cannot say that I left with that feel good impression that I would want to return. I did note that there was a coupon on the website as I was there waiting the 3 hours to get the brakes done but also noted a large sign on the front door saying coupons have to be pointed out prior to quotes being given which that in itself is a little shady. Lesson learned and I'm grateful my vehicle is safe.

  Robs was amazing! He did his due diligence to find a difficult electrical issue that effected the starter. Got the job done quickly and at a VERY reasonable cost. Won't go anywhere else for future problems and maintenance for our cars!

  These guys are absolutely amazing.They got my car working passing emissions and we're just the best.I cannot say enough good things about this place and the employees there!!
