They over.\nCharge the insurance.They don't have the appropriate equipment to complete the service.The manager Chris has no idea about customer service.Blames everyone else that works for him Other than taking ownership of the management issues. Does not apologize for all their mistakes! And then at then doesn't complete the work! When I try to explain this all to him , he will not listen and then blames me for getting defensive! A job that was supposed to be completed in 2 hours still hasn't been completed after 15 hours and 3 days! No apology was given and I had to go somewhere more reliable.
