  Started out ruff on phone would of had wrong windshield if I didn't ask..Lady at desk Awesome (LITh) ended up doing a at home service for rescheduling more workable. Hope you get Erasmo Great Experience Quality of work and Care + Professional. Great representation of companies should be show the appreciation! Not Just a High Five!

  My windshield was hit with a pebble and called immediately because I know the cracks can spread. Made appt and got in a few days later at their shop. The repair took less than an hour and it looks amazing. Nice staff. My Insurnace covered it as well in full.

  *UPDATE We have had 2 follow up appointments, several phone calls, and emails. You're sticking with "your vehicle isn't equipped with windshield integrated ADAS ". I guess Infiniti’s manual is wrong.....we'll see how the BBB and Illinois Office of Attorney General interpret the documentation. *ORIGINAL Do not go here!! It's been a year and they STILL haven't fixed the calibration on my vehicle. They've closed out the ticket 3 times and even deleted the history of our first appointment, saying we canceled! You sure took our $544.79 with no problem. The corporate office is now involved. It's sad these techs can't even read their own policies and have no clue how ADAS systems work. Any vehicle with a forward-facing camera system (such as Infiniti's Intelligent Cruise Control and safety sensors mounted near the rearview mirror) requires mandatory Safelite ADAS Recalibration after glass replacement. The cruise control, automatic braking, auto dimming brights, and automatic windshield wiper delay no longer work correctly. What's the point of having all these extra safety features if they won't work?! DO BETTER!!!

  Charged my card twice, about an hour apart; when I called to ask about it I was told "it might just be a hold". Jim didn't know and had no way to find out. Said he would "put in a ticket" and I should hear back within 3-4 days. No apology provided, he was irritated that I was upset about his lack of assistance over $1000 bill and acted bothered that I called in the first place for answers after he gave non-answers to my wife about it.

  The window replacement itself was great but I had 3 unfortunate surprises. My installer was running over an hour late and said it may rain and wanted to pick my car up and take it to the shop for the repair. I wasn’t really comfortable with someone driving off in my car but I felt I had no choice. Then, he returned it with a completely empty tank (literally zero miles to empty) with no warning to me, and returned it to the wrong house (my neighbors). I wasn’t afraid driving my son to school this morning but we made it 1 mile to the gas station.
