Five-Star Review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I highly recommend this auto repair shop! From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and extremely helpful. They took the time to explain what was wrong, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the repairs before moving forward. The work was done correctly and in a timely manner, and I felt like I was treated fairly throughout the entire process.
It’s refreshing to find an auto repair shop you can actually trust. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles back here in the future. Great service, great people, and a job well done!

My brother and mom have been going to see Rob for years, so I finally decided to change my mechanic and try this place out. I was impressed to say the least. He fixed my brakes and headlights extremely quickly and was probably the most fair priced mechanic I've ever had. Quality mechanic at a great value. I couldn't recommend coming here more. I'll absolutely be coming here in the future for anything wrong with my vehicle.
Frequently Asked Questions About Rob's Auto Repair
When should I get my oil changed?
In most cases, you'll want to change your oil every 3,000 miles, though it's best to consult your vehicle's owner's manual for the manufacturer's specific recommendation.
How often should I rotate my tires?
We recommend rotating your tires every other oil change or approximately every 5,000 miles to help prevent uneven wear and extend tire life.
Is it necessary to replace my timing belt at the recommended interval?
Absolutely. Failing to replace your timing belt according to the manufacturer's schedule can result in severe engine damage that costs significantly more to repair.
What should I do if my car starts to overheat?
Find a safe place to pull over and shut off the engine right away. Don't attempt to check fluids while the engine is hot-instead, arrange to have your vehicle towed to a repair shop.
What does it mean when my "check engine" light comes on?
This light means your vehicle's sensors have detected an issue. Even if everything seems to be running normally, you should have it diagnosed as soon as possible to avoid more serious problems down the road.
When should I replace my car's fuel filter?
Fuel filters are typically replaced around every 30,000 miles, though you should refer to your owner's manual for your vehicle's specific maintenance schedule.
How do I know if it's time for a tune-up?
Common signs that your vehicle needs a tune-up include:
Reduced gas mileage
Diminished power
Rough idling or acceleration
Knocking sounds from the engine
Dashboard warning lights illuminated
What happens if I ignore a timing belt replacement?
Neglecting to replace your timing belt can lead to catastrophic engine failure that requires extremely costly repairs.
Can I keep driving if my car is overheating?
No-you should stop driving right away. Continuing to operate an overheating vehicle can cause severe engine damage. Pull over safely and seek professional assistance.
Why is regular maintenance important?
Keeping up with scheduled maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections helps you avoid major mechanical failures, maintain optimal performance, and extend the lifespan of your vehicle.
