- SSsaladdaysfulSep 17, 20265.0I had what couldn’t be called anything other than a rare experience when having my car towed by D&R. Danny was the illustrious gentleman who drove the truck, and after smoothly and safely delivering my car to its destination, He offered me a ride home. Following the ride home, which included a genuine conversation about our lives, from family to friends to memories of our youth, a connection was forged that left me feeling I had made a true friend. An experience like this, while being in a situation such as mine (broken down car) is rare. Danny provided a service that should be the goal for all business transactions. I hope to see him again, even if it takes a broken down car to do it.
- RBRoni BinderJun 22, 20265.0My car had a flat tire. My husband wasn't able to loosen the bolts to change the tire, so we called D&R. Rich came over, and was able to change the tire. He noticed the spare had very low air pressure so he called Danny who came over as well and inflated the spare and another one of our tires that was low on air. Very grateful that they went the extra mile (literally!) to make sure we get the car to the repair shop safely.
