To continuously have an empty space there with two vehicles parked.. It's a truck stop. But you're stopping the trucks from stopping.. To cater to who? Now you have bob tails taken up spaces of full size truck and trailer.. It already wasn't enough spaces..

LOVE the fact they finally stopped letting trucks stack up by the entrance and scale! Those poor people living next door dealing with that bullshit. Drivers constantly thinking they can just park wherever they want. Entitlement at it's finest.... Great job pilot FINALLY taking control of the parking problems that plague so many truck stops!!! 👍👏

One truck driver parked for a long time, then got up and started giving me the middle finger, the clerk saw it all and started admonishing me, even though I was right, probably because he was tech too, and I'm white, then they told me there was no service for me
- ANAydın İnalJul 26, 20261.0have never experienced such poor service at a Pilot location before. The shower cleaning process is extremely slow. For example, after I finish using a shower, it can sit empty for almost 50 minutes before it is cleaned and made available for the next person. Because of this, getting a shower can take 3–5 hours, which is completely unacceptable for professional drivers who are tired and need to rest. I also asked the employees about the long wait times, but their responses were not helpful. They seemed annoyed and did not show much interest in solving the problem. Pilot is usually a place drivers rely on for good service, but this location needs serious improvement in customer service, shower management, and staff attitude.
