  Great experience! Nate was awesome and everyone else that helped get the deal done was great too! Price was better than other places I was looking and they went out of their way to find ways to help me out with getting the car that I wanted. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get a car. VW Tiguan is a fantastic car such great value for all the little luxuries the car has and the free maintenance package was a huge bonus.

  Matt and the sales team as well as Rafeal and the finance team went above and beyond getting us a good deal on a new Atlas and being super responsive and helpful making some tight timeline deadlines for us to get outside financing secured. Super quick and efficient buying process. Great customer service!

  I thought my experience at this Volkswagen location was good, until days later I found out by chance that this location is not reliable. I travel for work & I only get my vehicle serviced at Volkswagen dealerships. I arrived at Hawk requesting a thorough inspection due to traveling for work. Even tho I arrived thinking brakes and more needed to be changed, I was told after their inspection that an oil change was all that would be needed. Just days later I go to a Volkswagen dealership in Nashville to have a tire replaced. They inspect my car and say there is no cabin air filter in it at all. No other dealership has reported this part missing and the last place I took it to, just days prior at Hawk Volkswagen, had it marked on their inspection list as in the green! I called Hawk and Neil wanted to blow me off. He said they do not check the cabin air filters in their inspections, that they don’t even open the compartment to even look at the air filter during their inspections. I spoke to the Volkswagen service team in Nashville and they say checking the air filter is standard for their inspections. Neil with Hawk said he would have to speak to his manager/supervisor to see what they would do when they marked my air filter as being good and clear only for it to be completely missing after their inspection and then stated their location apparently does not even look at the air filter. It makes no sense and Hawk showcases no integrity in making it make sense. I am thankful for the thoroughness of the other Volkswagen locations. I will avoid Hawk location should work bring me to that area again.
