  We just recently purchased our car from them,and we had a bad experience about the new car we bought.when we got home we check the car and found out there’s a big rusted nail on the tire so we brought it back and they don’t wanna take responsibility for it.the nail been there for a while because of how it looks and they told us they check bumper to bumper the car but failed to check the tires that’s for sure.also when we got the car there’s some part of the car that is missing they said they put it to another car because they don’t have that part in stock and so they find another part from another vehicle to put on our car.our sale guy who’s name is Matt doesn’t even bother to see us when we went back to bring our car very disappointing. Not recommended at all.

  This was my first time buying a car and Nathan made the process so smooth and easy, he was incredibly patient and answered all of my questions. I also had a lovely experience with Rafael as well, he explained everything clearly with no pressure and was very kind. Highly recommend this team!

  I Had a lovely experience working with Argenis, he was very helpful and kind, he made the process very simple and was very supportive every step of the process. Would definitely recommend working with him as well as the rest of the staff I worked with.

  This was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. I visited this location twice and another one before buying. All three visits were top notch! I’m so pleased with the staff that helped me. My sales associate Charlie Mark was extremely knowledgeable of the Volkswagen models. He answered all questions I had. He was patient with me and made sure I had all the features I wanted and respected my budget. Even suggested other options when what I wanted wouldn’t work for me. When it was time to go over the contract Rafael was great and the transaction was smooth. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and can’t wait to come back for service. It’s been almost a month and I still love my Volkswagen Atlas. No issues and still happy as the day I drove out in my new car!! 🙌🏼🤗 Thank You Hawk Volkswagen.
