  Enterprise rents poorly maintained vehicles. Ask that all the fluids be topped off before you accept the vehicle and ask for tire pressure to be checked. My tires and fluids were low. 1 day into the rental, my oil change notification came on. Corporate told me to get the oil changed myself and pay for it. I just gave the vehicle back and rented elsewhere.

  Enterprise located in Joliet, IL on Jefferson Street was amazing. The customer service experience was awesome. Joe helped me and he was very patient, professional and helpful. I had a great experience and I will continue to choose Enterprise. Never had any problems. Staff is very nice.

  I’ve rented a few times and it’s been decent enough. This last time will be the last time. I needed a 15 passenger van with trunk space, which was verified when they called me confirming. When I picked up, it was not the van that I was told on the phone was available. This one had zero trunk space which posed a problem since I needed to bring music equipment. I was then told by Hunter that it’s really the “luck of the draw” when it comes to similar vehicles. He asked how he can make it right and I responded asking what the options were. He let me know there really aren’t any, he was just asking. Go to hertz or turo, don’t go here.
