  We had a great experience with our second rental through the Jacksonville Illinois Enterprise they are so nice and the car was great and our trip was smooth. Thanks guys

  We recetly had a rental from this location and it was one of the worst experiences ever! The car that was given to my wife had bedbugs!!! From the get go the car looked dirty and had a funny smell. We never thought we would find anything like that inside the vehicle! We hope this company makes it right for us, as we still had to pay extra out of our pocket, on top of what our insurance company was paying them per day for this vehicle. Not only that but we had to pay a pest company to spray our house due to us not wanting to run the risk of having bedbugs in our home due to their negligence. They claim to inspect and clean their cars, I dont think thats accurate as this should of been caught before letting another customer step into that vehicle!!
