I know damage is on me.... but its been hell on my antenna and mirrors... 2 broken antennas and the mirrors get ripped forward every wash I've had... after two washes.

- RCRay CJul 13, 20261.0Terrible customer service and complete lack of accountability. Went through the wash and it pulled off my rear wiper blade and bent the arm to the point of cracking the hinge. Was told it was my fault and responsibility because my car was over 15 years old and has over 100K miles on it. They post this on the sign which is at the entrance of the actual wash when you have no ability to back up and leave. Went back to Swift Wash where I've gone for years without a problem.
