We had an exceptional experience working with Kaine during our year-long search for the perfect retirement RV. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answering every question thoroughly without ever rushing us. His immense patience over the past year made an important decision feel smooth. We couldn't be happier with our new RV and highly recommend him! We also were happy with the whole team including Jared, Ed, George, Tyler and Charles.
We went in to order a part for our travel trailer and decided while we were there we would just browse the lot. We met with Kaine and he asked us a few questions and then took us on a tour of a few travel trailers on the lot. Kaine did a good job of identifying what we were looking for and made the process so easy. We end up trading our current unit in and upgraded to a new one. Kaine did a great job helping us find what we were looking for and closing the deal without a bunch of nonsense.
Our experience at General RV was nothing but a pleasure. Our salesman, Kaine, patiently showed us various trailer options in line with our needs and wants, educated us regarding related items (tow hitches, etc), and answered our many questions, all without unnecessary sales pressure. When he didn’t know answers he would find someone who did. We would highly recommend General RV and Kaine in particular.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our travel trailer purchase and the amazing attention to detail in making sure we understood absolutely everything about it! This is our first travel trailer and we left confident that we knew what we were doing and our first camp out went perfectly! They make you truly feel like a VIP! Even though they are located about 6 hours from us, we would definitely purchase from there again!

Very Disappointing Experience !!!
I sent my driver to see if they have in stock my parts, and they said "we have to order those parts " ..i said ok ..go ahead !!
And guess what ... after one month ..that order it was never actually processed or placed ,i waste my time with them ..looks like there's no communication or follow-up regarding the order.
