  Excellent customer service during check in and check out. Auto was clean in and out and was a late model Toyota Corrolla that ran perfectly!

  I was trying to call the Huntley Enterprise location the day I was picking up my rental car, which was concerning because I couldn’t get a hold of anybody. I kept calling and calling, and I was on hold for such a long time that no one answered. I know it was a busy Monday morning, but no one picked up, so I couldn’t notify them I was dropping off earlier. Finally, when I went to the collision shop, they got through, but I couldn’t. After that, my rental experience went downhill. The first car they offered me was extremely damaged—multiple issues all around. When I asked Dwayne if there was another car, he said no, that was all they had. I felt forced to accept it. Then, I saw another woman, I believe her name was Samantha, who was cleaning a different car. It was infuriating because I had to ask her to turn off the vacuum just to talk to her. I explained the car was unacceptable, and Dwayne started calling other locations. After a long delay, Samantha had me go inside, and eventually, they gave me another car. It was in better condition, though still some scrapes. I’ve never had such a poor rental experience. I expect much better from Enterprise, and this was just unacceptable. I hope they improve their process.

  I booked a minivan for my family weeks in advance online thru Costco Travel at this specific location. When I went to pick it up, they only had 1 compact little car available as they told me it's Enterprise who over sold the vehicles. When I tried to work with the staff, they played on their cell phones, were not engaging, careless, and unhelpful. I asked if they could call another Enterprise and they told me they won't and can't help. The compact car wasn't going to fit my family so I was forced to take a 15 person large cargo van that looked like the size of a small bus. This is the 2nd time this same location doesn't have the vehicle I selected when I arrived. The hero was Costco Travel who worked with Enterprise corporate which ended up helping me switch out vehicles 2 days later elsewhere. Enterprise compensated me for this disaster and informed me this location needs to do better. Rent here and you might get a box truck, bicycle, or even a 2 seat sports car for your family 6. Good luck.

  If you want to be treated as more than a customer the location in Huntley IL is the right choice. Amanda and Dwayne are always going above and beyond and are focused on the customer experience.
