  I needed a tire. They sold me a tire. I drove away with a new tire. The wheel did not fall off. The wheels on my vehicle go round and round. Round and round. Round and round. No babies in my vehicle going "wah wah wah." It's all good.

  Myself, my wife and grandchildren were vacationing. The dreaded flat tire along the way. I installed the donut and limped to the closest Belle Tire ( in Huntley). I called in advance and explained our situation and expected arrival. Our tires were purchased from Belle and had the roadside protection coverage. It was a busy day at this location when we arrived. They were ready for us. They had our tire repaired and reinstalled within an hour. There was no charge. They even unpacked the trunk, put away the donut spare and put everything back in. Bob, Chris, Carlos everyone involved thanks for the kind, professional and prompt service.

  Hi everyone. To start off, I just want to mention that I’ve used the Bell Tire service center in Huntly a few times. Usually, it was for tire replacement, alignment, and wheel balancing. I wasn't entirely satisfied; for instance, I had 5-year-old tires that were worn out, but otherwise, everything was fine. After the replacement, the steering wheel started shaking at speeds between 50 and 70 mph. I went back to Bell Tire a week later; they checked it and claimed one of the rims was bent. I let it slide—fair enough, maybe that was the case. Six months later, I had my tires replaced there again—and I should note that I bought the tires from them. They changed them, and things were fine for a week, but then the same issue as with the previous car started happening: the steering wheel would shake at certain speeds and when braking. I noticed that in both cars, the wheel balancing weights had come off. Today’s situation was the final straw. I had made an appointment for a specific time the day before to have the mufflers replaced, and they told me over the phone that they would check the cost as soon as I arrived. I got there, and naturally, they already had everything in the system. Right off the bat, I asked them to tell me the cost before starting any work. The guy at the front desk told me to wait while he called a mechanic to check. Three minutes later, he came back and asked if I had 45 minutes to an hour to spare, because the mechanic was busy and couldn't check the price right then. So, I had specifically left work an hour early for this appointment, and they were telling me I’d have to wait at least 45 minutes just to get a quote. So my question is: what is the point of having a scheduled appointment if I have to wait so long just to find out how much it will cost? As for the staff, they are very nice people. However, regarding the service itself, I do not recommend this place at all—this is the last time I’ll ever have work done there. I’d rather travel further or pay a little more to be treated with respect and taken seriously. Stay away from this place; I do not recommend it.
