  My car is being repaired for some hail damage (like thousands of others) and i had to pick up my rental on my lunch break. There were a few people in the waiting room and the phone was blowing up but the gentleman (Nick) working was very patient and respectful while balancing the in-person customers and the calls. He didn't rush me with my rental despite being very busy. Very professional & courteous service.

  Let me start by saying that Nick at the office was wonderful, he was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. This review has absolutely nothing to do with the customer service Nick personally provided. The issue is with the corporate policies and process, which made what should have been a simple rental incredibly frustrating. I was recently in an accident and had to drop my vehicle off for repairs. My insurance company made the rental reservation and paid for it. My husband went to Enterprise to pick up the vehicle, only to be told that he could not rent because he was on a “Do Not Rent” list. They gave him an 800 number and told him he had to call to resolve the issue before they could assist him. It was around 8:00 AM, and my husband had to be at work by 10:00, so he didn’t have time to sit on the phone and deal with this. He ended up leaving Enterprise in an Uber. He gave me the number, so I called myself. The representative told me there was an unpaid citation from a previous rental. We had absolutely no idea there was an outstanding citation. I asked if I could simply pay it, but was told I had to be transferred to the citation department. I then waited 50 MINUTES on hold only for the call to eventually drop! Absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of time. For a company as large as Enterprise, I cannot understand why something this simple has to be so complicated. If there is an outstanding $100 citation, why can’t the customer simply be told what they owe and allowed to make the payment right then and there? Why should I have to call, get transferred multiple times, and waste an entire morning just to resolve a simple payment issue? There was nothing convenient about this experience. Instead of making an already stressful situation easier after an accident, the process put an unnecessary wrench in our morning. Again, Nick was great, and I want to make that very clear, my frustration is with Enterprise’s corporate policies and customer service process. This experience needs serious improvement.

  Agents need more cars! Agents did their best to get me a car to rent. Appreciated thier efforts.

  We rented a 15 passenger van. The entire rental process was flawless. We loved the van and the staff were so very friendly and professional. Nicolas the manager was over the top helpful. We will rent from there again next year for sure!
