- DPDean PollertMay 4, 20265.0Late on Sunday afternoon I had an issue with one of my tires that I was unable to fix. So, I called Mavis and spoke to Kevin and asked if I could bring it by. Kevin explained that they were extremely busy, but that he would do what it could, making no promises that they would get to it today. Upon arriving, I could see how busy the shop was, I spoke to Kevin again, and again he said he’d do what he could. So I spent the next hour and a half watching the guys in the shop working their butts off on numerous vehicles. Finally at about 4:45 they (Brandon) accessed my issue and quickly fixed it. You don’t find this kind of service and professionalism anywhere! Thanks to Kevin and Brandon, you have a customer for life!
